Overview
NOVUS Glass, an auto glass franchising company, was in search of a solution to help on-board new franchisees and create a repository of car-repair knowledge that the network held as a whole.NOVUS Glass Connect is a proprietary mobile application exclusive to NOVUS Glass franchisees that helps them maintain higher levels of profitability and onboard faster.
As the User Experience Designer and member of the franchise development team, I researched, designed, prototyped, and tested the mobile application for NOVUS Glass/Mondofix USA.
